2014
the Beginning
Flo, fresh out of school, started his career in a smoothie bar and built up a solid experience. But in 2014, the curtain came down on GUAPA’s shop at K in Kortrijk. Rather than bidding farewell, Flo seized the opportunity and bought back the kiosk.
That’s when PULPE. – Smoothie Bar was born.
2016
test & learn
The challenge continued with the takeover of a pasta bar in Bruges. But after just six months, it’s game over. Not to worry: for Flo, every defeat is a learning experience. A few months later, he bounced back and launched “Pasta Bar by PULPE” in K in Kortrijk.
2018
fusion & vision
It’s not easy running two profitable stores. Flo quickly realized this and decided to merge her two ideas: the smoothie bar and the pasta bar. The result? A unique concept that combines the best of both worlds. PULPE. takes on its true form.
2022
the crazy bet
COVID could have put a stop to it all, but a 160m² cell is on offer. Bigger, more ambitious, with seating to boot. Despite strained finances, Flo took the plunge. The result? PULPE. takes on a whole new dimension.
2024
the expansion
With solid foundations and sky-high ambitions, PULPE. is set to duplicate its success. The opening of PULPE. Kuurne, scheduled for the end of 2024, marks the beginning of a new chapter.
